UpdateAI allows you to generate two types of on-demand reports to help you understand how your team is engaging customers and how accounts are aligning with key qualification frameworks.

How to Create a New Report
Go to the Reports section in the left-hand menu.
Click Run New Report.
Select the framework you want to analyze (e.g., MEDDIC, SPICED).
Depending on the report type you choose, the next steps will vary slightly:
For a Scorecard Report
In the Users dropdown, select the teammates you'd like to analyze.
Choose a start date and end date for the time period you'd like to evaluate.
The report will show what percentage of time each rep is capturing key details associated with each framework field.
For an Account Framework Report
In the Accounts dropdown, select up to 20 accounts you’d like to evaluate.
Choose the start date and end date for the timeframe you want to analyze.
Running the Report
Once you’ve configured your filters and selected your date range:
Click Run Report
You’ll see an in-app confirmation that the report is running
You’ll also receive an email once the report is ready
You can refresh your dashboard at any time to check status.
Managing Existing Reports
Use filters in the Reports dashboard to find previously generated reports.
Click into any report to review details or rerun it.
To rerun a report, update the date range and click Run Again within the Reports dashboard.
