Speaker labels on the transcription look 'off' or incorrect

UpdateAI's technology identifies who said what in each meeting conversation. But sometimes speaker labelling can go wrong.

Updated over a week ago

Speaker diarization is the fancy industry term for labelling who said what in a meeting transcript.

We employ leading technology that does its best to determine the 'who said what' in your meetings. But at times things like people speaking over each other can trip things up.

If you experience any significant examples of this, we'd like to know about it. Email Josh (Founder & CEO) directly at josh@update.ai.

One known limitation of our integration with Zoom is that if there are multiple participants who have dialed in by phone (without entering their participant IDs) we will be unable to distinguish between the two. Please let us know if you encounter this situation.
