AI Insights – Beyond Keyword Search
Our AI insights do not operate on a simple keyword search mechanism.
The system intelligently analyzes content, understanding context and nuances beyond just keywords.
This advanced approach ensures more accurate and relevant insights for your business needs.
Creating New Insight Categories
For each AI insight type (Risks, Product Feedback, Advocacy), you can add up to 10 custom insight categories.
These are in addition to the default 'Benchmark' categories.
The AI engine starts analyzing new categories from their creation date.
Note: Removing a category stops future detections but doesn't affect historical data.
Custom Context Addition
Enhance both new and 'Benchmark' categories by adding custom context.
This unique information helps our AI tailor insights more accurately to your specific business and product needs.
About 'Benchmark' Categories
'Benchmark' categories are fixed and cannot be removed.
They serve as a standard reference for your insights.
Remember, the customization you apply directly influences the precision and relevance of the AI-generated insights, making them more attuned to the unique aspects of your business and product.
