Keep Your Meeting Recaps Private, But Share What You Choose

We keep your meeting recaps private to protect your conversations. Only you and those in your organization (as per your workspace settings, see this article for details) can view them when logged in. But, if you ever need to share a recap with others outside your organization, it's easy and safe to do so!

Sharing a Recap

To share, just click the share link (see picture below). But remember, anyone with this link can pass it on.

Public Recap: What You Need to Know

  • Public recaps are just for reading; no one can change them.

  • You control what shows up in the public version. For example, in public recaps of external meetings, we automatically hide sensitive stuff like "Risks" and "Important Numbers."

  • It's easy to hide parts of the recap. Just use the dropdown in the top right corner or the toggle in each section.

Editing Your Video Recap

Let's face it, no one wants to share a video of them waiting for a meeting to start or those last few moments after a call when you speak the truth. That's why we have "Bookend Cropping." You can trim the start and end of your meeting video. Don't worry, the Smart Summary™️ stays, but those awkward moments from the video and transcript? Gone.
