When you have enabled the recap email to be sent to all your meeting invitees, they will receive a modified version of the recap email. This modified version will not display certain sensitive information such as detected risks, talk ratio, or the account name linked to your CRM.

Those who were invited to your meeting (per your calendar invitation) will receive this version of the recap email regardless of whether or not they actually attended the meeting.

If your meeting invitees click on the call-to-action button in this email, they will be directed to the public version of the meeting recap screen. You can control what content is displayed on the public version of each meeting recap. Simply go to that meeting's recap and select the "Visibility Config" dropdown.
