How UpdateAI uses the permissions you grant us to your Google Calendar:
To see your calendar appointments and match them with your actual meetings conducted
To see who was invited in order to know whether the meeting is internal or external
To see if a meeting is part of a recurring series
To know if you are the host of the meeting
UpdateAI will never edit, modify, add, or delete events from your Google Calendar.
Which Google calendars does UpdateAI access?
Google does not allow users to specify which calendars they'd like to grant access to. It's all or nothing.
However, UpdateAI only processes events in your primary Google calendar and does not access events from any other calendars linked to your Google account, such as team calendars or holiday calendars.
Ensure that you select the checkbox shown above in order to connect your Google Calendar.
