While we recommend using UpdateAI directly for the full range of features like 'Ask Me Anything' and AI-generated multi-meeting summaries, we've simplified the process of accessing Smart Summaries™️ elsewhere.
Email Notifications: Quick Setup
Easily receive Smart Summaries™️ via email by adjusting a simple setting:
Go to Settings > Notifications.
Ensure the toggle under 'By Email' is turned on (green).
Slack Integration: A Simple 3-Minute Setup
For Slack users:
Begin by integrating Slack with UpdateAI: Settings > Integrations > Communication Channels > Click 'Connect'.
Then, go to Settings > Notifications, scroll to 'By Slack', and activate the toggle (turn it green).
CRM, CSP, and Productivity Tool Integrations: Using Zapier
To send Smart Summaries™️ to other platforms, like a CRM or CSP:
Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Automations.
Click 'Generate Key' next to Zapier.
Use this key in your Zapier app, following the provided instructions.
NOTE: Depending on the workflow of your desired integration with HubSpot or Salesforce, you do not need to use Zapier. UpdateAI has it's own direct integration with those CRMs. More information here.
