1. Click on Settings.
2. Click on My Workspace.
3. Scroll down to 'Supercharge Your AI Insights' to tell us more about your company and product.
UpdateAI is a generative AI tool, and you can help us product better insights by telling us about you. This is a great way to ensure we are generating content based on context, not just on key words.
4. Click into 'Tell Us about [YOUR WORKSPACE].
Tell us about your company, using either your own words or a link to your company website. You can also copy and paste from any other collateral you already have.
5. Click into 'Tell us about your product or service'
Tell us what you sell, and how it benefits your users. Name any specific features we should be aware of.
6. Click into 'Who are your competitors?'
Who are they? Please be as specific as possible.
7. Click into 'What are the top 3 business goals...'
This information will help us generate insights that are applicable to your current KPIs, OKRs, and general objectives. You can enter qualitative statements, quantitative metrics, or both.
8. Click into 'Is there any other information...'
This is your space to mention anything missed above. Again, being specific will help, and this can be edited at any time.
9. Click on Save Changes.
10. Confirm everything has been saved by looking for the green box in the lower left of your screen.
And then watch as your insights improve!
