1. Click on Settings
2. Click on My Workspace
3. Scroll down to the Slack section
4. Click on Connect Slack
5. Be sure to choose the correct workspace to connect
6. Click on Allow
7. Click on Integrations
8. Look for the Slack integration card > the message should now indicate that a connection has been initiated
Note: this whole process only needs to be done once by a Workspace Owner or Admin. While the Slack integration card will still be visible to all users, they will not be able to connect or disconnect the integration without contacting the Workspace Owner or Admin.
9. You can confirm that the connection has been established by navigating to your Slack workspace, and looking for direct messages from the UpdateAI bot.
10. You will see a message confirming the connection. Future meeting recaps will be DM'ed to the UpdateAI owner when processing is complete.
ℹ️ If UpdateAI users in your Slack workspace do not want to receive these notification, please tell them to mute the UpdateAI bot.
