3. Navigate to My Workspace. This page is primarily for admins and owners to set workspace wide capabilities. As a user, you won't be able to click on much, but is it still valuable to take a look around.

4. One feature that everyone can use is the Do Not Record list. If you have any customers who prefer not to ever be recorded, enter their domains here. This will prevent any of their meetings from being recorded with UpdateAI.

Type Format should include domain name and the TLD (e.g. acme.com)

5. Navigate to Recording Settings. Within these settings, you have the ability to choose which meetings get recorded. The lightning tips on the left will explain the key terms.

Click on Recording Settings

When choosing what to record, you have two primary decisions and 5 secondary decisions.

Primary decisions:

1. Do you want to record meetings that you host?

2. Do you want to record meetings that you do not host?

Secondary decisions:

1. For meetings that you host, do you want to record internal meetings?

2. For meetings that you host, do you want to record external meetings?

3. For meetings that you do not host, do you want to record internal meetings?

4. For meetings that you do not host, do you want to record external meetings?

5. If you chose to record external meetings that you do not host, do you want UpdateAI to send an email to the host explaining the recording before the meeting?

Further down, there are 2 additional decisions to make:

1. Do you want to auto delete meeting recordings hosted by Zoom? (Select yes if you want to save space by only retaining one recording. Select no if you want to maintain the Zoom record.)

2. Do you want to push your meeting recaps directly to your CRM? (Selecting yes will ensure recap notes associated with specific accounts are posted to that account record via a new activity entry. This also requires the CRM integration- you can learn more on the Integrations tab.)

6. Navigate to Insight Frameworks Settings. Here, you can add any of our popular default frameworks- or create one of your own. These can be applied at both the meeting and account insight levels.

Click on Add Popular Framework

7. Navigate to Notifications. Here you can control how, where and when you're notified of your meeting recaps, cheatsheets, and other helpful alerts.

Click on Notifications

Note: Within notifications, you have 6 decisions to make:

1. Do you want an email sent to you after each recapped meeting?

2. If you are meeting with other UpdateAI users, do you want an email sent those folks after each recapped meeting?

3. If you are meeting with non-UpdateAI users, do you want an email sent those folks after each recapped meeting?

4. Do you want an email from Zoom when the recording is ready?

5. Do you want an alert when you have meetings with limited dialogue?

6. Do you want to receive the Daily Meeting Cheatsheet?

8. Navigate to Integrations and connect or disconnect systems as needed.

Click on Integrations

* If you use Google, please make sure the Google connection is established. This allows us to read your calendar.

* If you use Microsoft, please make sure the Microsoft connection is established. This allows us to read your calendar.

* If you use Zoom, please make sure the Zoom connection is established. This allows us to use the native Zoom integration to record your meetings. (This is not needed if you only use Teams or Google Meet as we will send our bot to those meetings.)

* If you use Hubspot or Salesforce and want to link accounts to meetings and push meeting recaps to the account record, please make sure the right connection is established. These connections are optional.

* If you use Slack, you can send meeting recaps into Slack by enabling the integration. Recaps will be sent from the UpdateAI bot into a direct message to you. This is optional.

* If you want to connect UpdateAI to any other services or systems, please use the Zapier integration.
