The truest spirit of UpdateAI is to help empower and support the people who are ultimately responsible for building effective relationships with customers. One of the ways that we identified for doing this is by helping ensure that nothing slips through the cracks of their calls with customers.
We’ve spoken to hundreds of Customer Success Managers who have told us about the difficulty of remembering all that needs to be followed-up with at the end of a busy day of back-to-back customer conversations. We've also spoken to the customers of those managers, who told us that accountability is one of the most important things they look for in productive relationships with service providers.
With those dual challenges and needs in mind, we’ve started our journey by building artificially intelligent detection of all the action items overheard in conversations with customers so that nothing is missed.
We’ve gotten good at this. Really good. It’s a strong claim, to say the least, that we’ve built the world’s best detection of action items in customer conversations, but we believe it to be true. Why? Because we’ve been hugely intentional about this part of our product. We’ve tested our results against others, and have outperformed them. It is our cornerstone.
