An organization is a workspace where colleagues can jointly access meeting recaps.

We understand that companies often comprise multiple teams. While these teams may collaborate with each other, they may also operate independently.

There are no restrictions preventing a company from creating multiple organizational workspaces in UpdateAI. For example, ACME Inc. can establish one organization in UpdateAI for their Sales team and another entirely separate organization for their Customer Success team. And both can even carry the name "ACME, Inc." within the platform.

However, it's crucial to highlight that these organizations will be treated as distinct entities. Members will not have access to each other's recaps across the different organizations, unless public-view links are shared.
