1. Click on Meetings on the left sidebar.
2. On the Past Meetings dashboard, click on the meeting (the row) that you want to explore.
3. Verify the title at the top of the page to ensure you are looking at the right meeting. You can also edit the title if you wish.
4. If you do change the name, remember to hit save.
5. If you are using our CRM integration, either with Hubspot or Salesforce, UpdateAI will attempt to match the email address of participants with an associated CRM account record.
You can verify the account by looking at the account name listed. Use the change button if you want to attach this meeting to a different account, or remove the meeting from all accounts.
6. UpdateAI will chose a Meeting Type based on the data associated with the meeting. You can adjust the meeting type at any time after the meeting by clicking on the down arrow and choosing the appropriate meeting type.
7. Click on Public Share to create a link that can be shared with anyone who is not a member of your UpdateAI workspace.
### 8. If you plan to create multiple links with different contents, it's a good idea to name the link.

10. After entering a title, choosing the privacy level, and choosing the length of time the link will be active, click on Go to Manage Links.
11. This page allows you to choose which parts of the recap page you want to share.

12. Click on Go to Generate New Link to actually generate the link.
13. The link will be created and copied to clipboard. You can now paste it into your favorite messaging system,

15. At the top of each meeting recap, you will see text that tells you if the Insights from this meeting recap will be included in Account Insights and Portfolio Insights. The default is that they will be included.
16. If you do not wish these insights to be included (maybe it was an internal meeting, or a meeting with a vendor and you were talking about THEIR product instead of yours) just toggle the switch to off.
17. You can confirm that insights from this meeting recap are currently being excluded from Account Insights and Portfolio Insights by checking the new text at the top of the page.
18. Within the meeting recap, the left side of the screen is divided into three tabs. Let's start by exploring the Smart Summary.

28. ...and then click on Share Wizard.
29. Next to the share wizard, there is also an option to just copy all of the insights within the recap. You can choose to share this publicly or internally.
30. Each meeting recap also has an Ask me anything button. You can use this AI chat feature to ask anything about the meeting.
31. Based on the meeting type selected, you will see pre-set prompts that you can use. If you change the meeting type, the prompts will change.
32. Click on one of the prompts to ask the question, or type your own question in the box below.

35. As mentioned above, the left side of the screen is divided into three tabs. Let's explore the Meeting Analytics tab next.
36. At the top of this tab you will see the talk ratio of all meeting participants.
37. Below the talk ratio, you will see the pre-generated follow-up note that UpdateAI writes based on the contents of the meeting.
38. You can either select the copy icon and take the text to your favorite messaging system, or...
39. ... you can click on Send by Email to automatically open an email window. In both cases, we suggest editing the text as needed.
40. As mentioned above, the left side of the screen is divided into three tabs. The final tab displays the MEDDICC framework.
41. When you open the MEDDICC tab for the first time within any meeting recap, the page will be blank. Click on Generate, and then go back to working on something else for a few minutes.
42. When your MEDDICC framework is ready, you will receive an email from Concierge@Update.AI letting you know.
43. You can navigate back to the recap by clinking on the link within the email, or refreshing the meeting recap screen.
44. Once you are back within UpdateAI, you will now find a pre-populated MEDDICC framework, using information from the meeting. Each box can be edited and copied.
45. You can also Copy All if you want to take everything (minus the formatting) to another document, notebook, or CRM field.
46. On the right side of the screen is the video and transcript.
