1. Click on Account Insights on the left side bar.
2. In the upper left hand corner there is a drop down menu of account names. The list will default to the most recent meeting.
3. Click into the account box and select the account you wish to review. Please note: If accounts have been synced to Salesforce or Hubspot, you will see the Salesforce or Hubspot logo next to the account name. Always choose the linked account if possible.
4. Here, I have selected the Hubspot associated account v Solutions.
5. By default UpdateAI will show you all meetings and activities since the beginning of your engagement with this account, or as many of those meetings have been recorded or uploaded to the platform. You can also choose custom dates.
6. One way to understand the current status of the account in question is to view the insight trends associated with this account.
7. You can choose to view risk, product feedback or advocacy trends. In this example, I've chosen to explore risk trends.
8. This will open a new tab, with the UpdateAI Portfolio Insights page filtered to just this account. (See Quick Start Guide #8 for more information about these capabilities.)
9. Because this graph is now only showing insights from one account, you may need to adjust the dates included to see trends as opposed to individual insights. (In this example, I've chosen to view meetings over the past 6 months.)
10. With the new date range you can now see trends associated with this account.
11. Click on Re-generate AI Summary to have UpdateAI summarize the insights shown in the graph.
12. After reading the the summary, you can Click on Watch what was said to see all the moments and insights the platform is pulling from.
13. This will open a new side panel with the library of moments. (One of our customers calls this, "showing your receipts," and it's a great way to share short clips directly from customers.
14. Now, go back to the Accounts Insight tab or window to continue exploring.
15. Another way to understand the history of the account is to view the Account Story.
16. Click on Account Story will open a new side panel where you will see a running list of meeting summaries.
17. Click on Regenerate to add new meetings. Because this will take a few minutes, we recommend navigating away and then returning and refreshing the page.
18. When you return and refresh, you will see the Timeline View now updated with more recent meetings.
19. Another way to view the account history is via the Narrative View. Instead of showing summaries by meeting, this view shows you everything all at once.
20. Clicking the star next to the Account Story will add this account to your personal Account Favorites dashboard. (Click on Account Favorites on the left sidebar to explore that dashboard. You'll have a handy short cut to all the accounts you care about.)
21. Just like the feature within meeting recaps, you can also use the Ask me anything (AMA) capability at the account level.
22. Within the Ask me anything modal you will find preset prompts that will provide great information about the account in question.
23. You can also enter your own prompt if you prefer.
24. Click on the X in the upper right hand corner to close the AMA modal.
25. Now, let's review the Past Meetings tab.
26. You can search meetings by keywords (including meeting titles, participants, or dates).
27. If you want to only see those meetings that you were the UpdateAI owner of, just toggle the My Meetings Only switch to green.
28. Clicking on the down arrow to the right of each row will open a new window.
29. Within this window you will now see the TL;DR moments captured from that meeting.
30. You can also scroll down to see the Action Items associated with this meeting.
31. Just click on the up arrow to close the that window.
32. UpdateAI has the capability to summarize single or multiple meetings for you. To do this, start by selecting the meeting or meetings. In this example, I have chosen the two meetings that I know are associated with live user training. But you can select whichever meetings you want.
33. Click on Summarize Meeting History to generate the summary.
34. While the summary is being generated, you will see a message that the platform is working. We recommend navigating away and coming back in 10 minutes to see the summary.
35. Once the summary is available, you will see it in a new window.
36. Click on Copy all to copy this text to your clipboard. You can then paste that into any messaging or documentation platform.
37. Now, let's review the Stakeholders tab.
38. Within this tab you will see a card for each person associated with this account who has been invited to at least one meeting that has been recorded or uploaded.
39. The first time you open a stakeholder card, the screen will be empty except for a button telling you to Generate the profile. Go ahead a click this button. Because generating the profile will take a few minutes, we recommend navigating away and then returning to refresh the page.
40. When you return you will see a completed profile within a new side panel.
41. Click on Go to Profile to see the full profile.
42. There is lots of information here that can be useful when prepping yourself, or others, to meet with these stakeholders.
43. Remember to scroll down in each column to see more exciting information, including the stakeholders communication and decision making styles.
44. Clicking on Contact this Person will take you directly to your email system, open to a new message.
45. When you are finished reviewing the stakeholder profile, just click on the account name below the stakeholder name to navigate back to the Account Insights page.
46. The last part of the page to review is the Overview on the right hand side. This pane allows you to view select information from your CRM.
(Please note that this feature requires that your workspace or your profile is connected to a CRM. See Quick Start Guide #2 for more information about configuring this integration through your settings.)
47. We divide the Overview into two pieces. The first is Company properties, which reflects information stored at the Account or Company level in your CRM.
48. The second is Deal properties, which reflects information stored at the Deal or Opportunity level in your CRM. If there are multiple deals associated with this account, you can select the most important one (be that the biggest or the one coming up soonest - it's up to you.)
49. The entire Account Insights experience was designed to complement records contained within your CRM (be that Hubspot or Salesforce). To see the link between the two, just click on Open in CRM to be taken to that record.
