By default Zoom sends its meeting hosts an email to let them know when a Zoom cloud recording has become available. You are probably familiar with that email. It looks like this:

Part of the value of UpdateAI is that we will email you a meeting recap immediately after we have processed our artificial intelligence and premium transcription on top of Zoom's cloud recording.

So that you don't receive redundant emails from both Zoom and UpdateAI, we recommend that you turn off your cloud recording notifications from Zoom.

(Note: This does not turn off the cloud recording; just the notification that it is ready.)

You can do this inside the 'Meeting Recording' tab of your account settings:
