✅ How to check that your Zoom account is compatible to record to the cloud
There are three basic Zoom requirements to enable UpdateAI to process cloud recordings of your recaps:
A licensed (i.e. paid) Zoom account
Cloud recordings must be enabled in your Zoom settings.
"Separate participant audio files" must be enabled in your Zoom cloud recordings (this guarantees higher quality transcription).
Head to the Zoom section of your UpdateAI integrations settings tab to test your Zoom account's compatibility with UpdateAI along these three requirements.
❌ What to do if you're not compatible
For items #2 and #3 above, you can easily change these settings inside of your Zoom portal, under the Settings >> Recording tab.
If you are working at an enterprise company, there is a chance that these settings are locked by your IT admin.
