A meeting was rescheduled and now I can't find the recap. What happened?

If a meeting does not happen within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, UpdateAI will "freeze" the meeting object. This means that if the meeting gets rescheduled after that, we won't pick up the new scheduled time.

To avoid this problem, we suggest one of the following workarounds:

  1. Cancel the original meeting and send a new invite.

  2. Manually invite the UpdateAI bot to the new meeting. (Instructions are here.)
