Updated over a week ago

1. Click on Meetings.

2. Click on Past Meetings.

3. You can search the list by title, account, or participants.

Step 3 screenshot

4. You can adjust the date range by choosing a custom range or one of the options provided.

5. Additional options are available within Filters.

Most users set their past meeting dashboard to show only THEIR meetings and only READY meetings. This is a great practice. Just remember that these filters exist, and that you may have to remove them to find other meetings.

6. Each row on the dashboard represents a different meeting.

The following information is included within each row:

1. The meeting title

2. The meeting host (this is the person who sent the original meeting invite)

3. The number of participants

4. The number of action items

5. The date and time of the meeting

6. The meeting status (this refers to the processing status and the options include not started, skipped, limited dialogue, and ready; if you see anything other that ready it likely means the meeting was not recorded due to something in your settings or the hosts settings)

7. The CRM account connected to this meeting OR the domain connected to this meeting (if we did not detect an account) OR a note saying no accounts were found

8. The meeting owner (this is the UpdateAI owner, if multiple UpdateAI users participate in one call, the meeting will be owned by the user with the most time using UpdateAI)

9. The visibility setting (this defines who can see the contents of this meeting; only the owner can change the visibility from Workspace to Invitee Only, or the reverse; we recommend as many meetings as possible be set to Workspace to get the most from UpdateAI insights

10. Under the three dots is the option to delete a meeting and the associated recap (this is only available to the meeting owner)

7. If you cannot locate a meeting, and you have checked all your filters and settings and still can't identify the issue, please click Contact Support to send us an email. We will do our best to retrieve the meeting or explain why it was not recorded.
