Depending on your Zoom plan, you will ultimately run out of cloud storage space if you are recording many of your meetings without deleting them later on.

In order to prevent this from occurring, we strongly recommend that you enable to "Delete the meeting recording hosted by Zoom after UpdateAI generates its own meeting recap" option inside of your UpdateAI settings.

As the setting states, by enabling this option we will automatically remove the recording from Zoom's cloud after we have retrieved and safely stored it on our site.

In contrast to Zoom, UpdateAI does not have a capacity limit on meeting storage space.
