UpdateAI can be used to record internal meetings that you are the host of on Zoom.

We define an internal meeting as one where all the invited participants in your calendar have the same email domain as you. If there is any outside domain that is invited to a meeting, that meeting will be considered external facing.

By default UpdateAI will record the internal meetings that you host.

However you can easily change this global setting in your account settings page: https://portal.update.ai/settings

On your 'Upcoming Meetings' dashboard you are able to override your global account setting, and turn on/off the recording of any individual meeting, by selecting the Recap toggle for that meeting:
