UpdateAI meeting recaps now include the ability to watch a video recording of the meeting.
Video controls are located at the bottom of the meeting recaps.
NOTE:
As of January, 2023, only meetings that had a single video recording will include video playback.
In other words, if the meeting host started and stopped the recording multiple times during the meeting (thus creating multiple video files), then the UpdateAI recap will NOT show any video for that meeting. Reach out to josh@update.ai if you are immediately affected by this limitation and we will do our best to retrieve the multiple recordings manually.
What type of video is displayed on the recap?
UpdateAI will always attempt to display the gallery view of you Zoom session. (This is the view that shows every participant at all times.)
If the gallery view video is unavailable we will display the speaker view. (This is the view that only displays the active speaker.)
If neither video views are available we will make available only the audio of the meeting.
