How to manually add the UpdateAI bot to meetings

1. Click on Invite bot to new meeting.

2. Add a meeting title that is either the same as the actual meeting title, or a phrase that you will remember.

3. Click into the meeting link box.

4. Click on the right meeting.

5. Click on Edit event.

6. Copy the meeting ID

7. Paste the meeting ID into the meeting link box

8. Choose the participants type (this should align with the UpdateAI definitions of internal and external meetings).

9. Click on Invite bot.

10. Check to make sure the Bot was invited successfully.
